CYCLING TRAINING CAMP AMONG FEMALE CYCLISTS (ANDERS) IN KYRGYZSTAN, TAMSHY

From December 8 to 25, 2024, the cycling department (road) is holding a training camp in Kyrgyzstan, in the village of Tamshy, aimed at preparing athletes for international competitions. The camp is attended by talented cyclists who are working hard on their physical condition and technique to achieve high results.
Goals and objectives of the camp:
1. To bring athletes to intensive training work.
2. Gaining total mileage to improve endurance.
3. Increasing overall strength endurance for long-term success.
4. Developing coordination and reaction, which is critically important on the tracks.
5. Working at an altitude of 1600-1900 m to increase hemoglobin levels.
6. Improving the position and pedaling technique to increase the efficiency of each movement.
